Jana Duggar Praises Jim Bob and Michelle as the ‘Best Parents,’ No Matter ‘What Anyone Else Says’
It’s all love! Jana Duggar recently surprised her parents, Michelle and Jim Bob, with an epic bedroom makeover and when one commenter said they deserved it, the reality star agreed wholeheartedly. Jana said her mom and dad are the “BEST,” no matter what nay-sayers think.
As you may recall, the 29-year-old took to Instagram to show off the results of her hard work on March 1, and clearly, she has a skill when it comes to home improvements and interior design. “This is what we’ve been working on the past week and a half — we surprised my parents while they were away and redid their room! So grateful to all the family and friends who pitched in to make this happen,” Jana wrote, prompting fans to share their opinions on her latest project.
“They deserve it,” one person wrote. “Raising kids and going through ups and downs isn’t a walk in the park. Cherish your parents because one day you won’t have them.” The Counting On star sweetly replied, “Amen! No matter what anyone else says — I know by far that I have THE BEST parents ever!” Another person expressed how Jana’s kind gesture brought her to tears, since it’s no small feat raising 19 children, especially in the spotlight. The TLC alum then responded, “Yes! They are the best parents anyone could ever ask for! Love them dearly.”
Jana previously took to social media with a video showing how they reacted to the changes. “This is the reveal and them seeing it for the first time,” it read. Michelle, 52, and Jim Bob, 53, were both blown away and gasped from the moment they laid eyes on their newly renovated room. She exclaimed “wow!” while he added,” I can’t believe it mama. This is like paradise. Look at here!”
The reality star revealed that she wouldn’t have been able to complete the project without the help of her brothers, as well as Anna Duggar. She said it took them nine days start to finish!
