Better luck next year! We all know Jon Gosselin is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan and is often spotting in the stands cheering on the team. Although the 42-year-old was thrilled to see the birds in the playoffs, he stayed in high spirits after their loss.

“We will survive!” Jon wrote on his Instagram Story of a rough play from the game. “Oh well, good job boys!!! See ya [sic] next year!!” Jon continued. “Either way I was going to work tomorrow anyway.”

Jon made the best of his team’s loss and even found an old friend behind the DJ booth. “My boy DJ Koolie Kirk,” he wrote on a photo of his fellow DJ on his Instagram Story. Jon also shared the picture to his grid prior to their defeat, writing, “Come and celebrate the Eagles first playoff game with @djkooliekirk in Malvern, PA!!! Go Birds,” he captioned the photo with an eagle emoji.

Football is big in Jon’s home and is a family affair for him and his girlfriend Colleen Conrad. Back on December 22, Jon shared some videos from an Eagles viewing party he held at his home. While Colleen was focused on the score, Jon gave his best rendition of “Fly Eagles, Fly.”

Jon and Colleen often spend their date nights in the stands, rain or shine. On December 9, the couple smiled big despite the downpour at the game. The two made the best of it and even made some friends in the bleachers.

Fans are always thrilled to see Jon supporting his favorite team with his lady by his side. “Fun times!! Glad you found a good woman for you and your kids!!💕💕👍👍Go Eagles!!” one fan commented, while another wrote, “So glad to see you happy you really deserve to be happy 😃.” A third echoed, “I am not an Eagles fan but the level of enthusiasm in this photo I can get onboard with!!! 💪 🤙.”

Jon — who has custody of Hannah and Collin — told In Touch exclusively how Colleen and her children are a big part of their lives. “But it’s our family. I always consider me, Colleen, her kids, Jordan and Jesse [family,].” He said when asked who was joining them on their Thanksgiving vacation. “That’s our family. We’re very blended, racially, whatever.”
