ExclusiveDad Goals! Jon Gosselin Is Taking His ‘Blended Family’ on a Fun Vacation for Thanksgiving Break

Turkey on the beach? Jon Gosselin shared his fun-filled Thanksgiving plans, and they include bringing his “blended family” together for the holidays. This year, the 42-year-old is taking his traditions overseas, he told In Touch exclusively at the Victoria’s Voice event presented by the Victoria Siegel Foundation and Greenspoon Marder LLP at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

“It’s amazing, our trip is amazing,” he said enthusiastically on Friday, October 25. “It’s like the first time I get to go away with the two kids, Hannah and Collin,” Jon told reporters. The two children, both 15, reside with Jon full-time while his other six children live with his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin.

Although he wouldn’t disclose their destination, he did share that they will need “passports” for where they’re going. The famous father added that they will be joined by his girlfriend, Colleen Conrad, and her two children. “So it’s Colleen’s family and us, me, Hannah and Collin. But it’s our family. I always consider me, Colleen, her kids, Jordan and Jesse. Jesse lived in Manhattan and Jordan goes to Temple in Philly and Hannah and Collin.” He added, “That’s our family. We’re very blended, racially, whatever.”

Jon said that everyone is really excited for their big trip. He explained that he is over treating his kids to the Apple product of the moment and would rather make memories and travel.

This is not the first holiday the Gosselins and Conrads have spent together. We saw they enjoyed Christmas with each other in 2018 and most recently celebrated the Fourth of July as a family.

According to Jon, Hannah and Collin have really taken a liking to Colleen. “They love her. She’s a great parent,” Jon told In Touch exclusively back in December 2018. “They respect her as a mom, too.” It’s clear that Jon is close to Colleen’s children as well, as he just helped move her son into college.

Although their families get along so well, Jon doesn’t see the point in rocking the boat and tying the knot. “We just look at each other like ‘Eh.’ Because we’re both divorced so … Is there a point? We love each other,” Jon told In Touch exclusively. “We’re committed to each other,” he added. We can’t wait to see what their Thanksgiving has in store!
