Is Lauren Swanson Pregnant? Fans Think They See a Baby Bump

It’s been about four months since Josiah Duggar and his new bride Lauren Swanson tied the knot — which, in the Duggar world, means they’re about one month late to announce that they’re expecting. Though the couple hasn’t shared any special news just yet, fans have basically been waiting for an announcement since the day after their wedding. And now, some fans think there might be one on the way, because they’re pretty sure that they’ve spotted a baby bump in the couple’s newest Instagram pic. This isn’t the first time there’ve been rumors about Si and Lauren. After all, Joseph Duggar and his wife Kendra Caldwell announced that they were expecting just three months after their wedding, and so did Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth. While not all of the married couples in the family expect a baby so soon after their first kiss, it definitely wouldn’t be uncommon. And Si and Lauren’s first kiss seemed extra passionate, with the groom sweeping the bride into his arms for a low dip and a long smooch. All that practicing on his hand seemed to pay off (well, except for that cringeworthy second kiss), and nobody would be shocked if that passion carried over to their honeymoon.

It doesn’t hurt that fans are just generally eager for a new pregnancy announcement from the family. Ever since Jinger Duggar had her daughter Felicity over the summer, there haven’t been any new grandDuggars on the way. And it’s the first time in a while that not a single member of the family is pregnant. Though there are regular rumors that Jessa Duggar or Jill Duggar are expecting their third babies, we sadly don’t think that’ll be the case any time soon. Lauren and her hubby are fans’ best hope for now — unless John David Duggar and his fiancée Abbie Grace Burnett end up tying the knot sooner than expected.
