ICYMI, John David Duggar and Abbie Grace Burnett are officially husband and wife, but back when they were courting (like, five mins ago), Joy-Anna Duggar cried tears of ~joy~ for her big brother. In a new Counting On clip, the 21-year-old revealed she couldn’t help but be emotional when the two walked in together as boyfriend and girlfriend.

“When John walked in with Abbie, we were all there, and yeah he was like, ‘Hey guys, this is my girlfriend!’ And I literally started crying because I was like, ‘You’re kidding me. Is this a joke or is this real?’ the new mom told TLC cameras. “And then I was like, ‘John wouldn’t do this for just a joke.’ I was really shocked.”

Meanwhile, John’s twin sister, Jana, also had something to say about her bro’s new lady.

“It’s crazy to think John is at this point in his life because for the longest time I was like, ‘OK, is he ever going to, you know, get married?’ And now he’s at this point, and she’s just, I think, perfect for him.” She added, “They complete each other.” Awww.

So when will it be Jana’s turn to walk down the aisle? While some are convinced the 28-year-old is perfectly happy tending to her garden, others feel sorry for the eldest Duggar daughter.

“I’ve always wondered if she missed her window. I’d love to believe that she didn’t want to just get married and have tons of babies with whoever happens to ask her to court, but I think she just missed her chance,” one reddit user theorized earlier this year. “I think Jim Bob or Jana turned one interested party down and no one else asked and then she turned a certain age and she was deemed too old in their community.”

Another, however, added that she may not want to follow in her famous family’s footsteps. “What if she doesn’t actually want to be a mother at this point?” they suggested. “She’s been raising her younger siblings so long, the thought of having her own and starting over could be exhausting.”

Our thoughts? Leave the poor girl alone. Although TBH, I’m still secretly shipping her and Tim Tebow… don’t @ me.
