Gideon’s First Football Game! Joy And Austin Forsyth’s Son Was All Smiles At LSU Versus Arkansas
Three cheers for Baby Gideon! Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth‘s son smiled his notorious big grin while at the Arkansas vs. LSU game over the weekend, and we just can’t get enough of that sweet face! The Counting On stars don’t post about their tiny tot often, so forgive us for being a lil’ overly excited.
“Gideon’s first football game!” the proud parents gushed on their joint Instagram account.” I mean… can you EVEN?!
Welcoming their smiley youngster into the world was no easy feat, though. The now 21-year-old had to be rushed to the hospital after a failed home birth.
“I decided to have a home birth just because I know that it’s more comfortable being at home,” Joy explained to TLC cameras during a special that aired back in March. “I really wanted to at least try it, and we’re only about 30 minutes from the hospital, so it’s not too bad in case of an emergency or a change of plans.” She added at the time that she was “somewhat nervous, trying not to be scared, but just prepared. I know that it’s going to painful, there’s going to be a lot of emotions, but I know Austin is going to be there to support me.”
Since then, fans think the couple’s healthy baby boy has grown up to look a heck of a lot like his old man. In fact, the reality TV mama heard the comments so often, she decided to post a side-by-side photo of them on Instagram. “Lots of y’all have been asking for baby pics of Austin,” she captioned the shot. “I’d say they look alike!”
And we have to agree! (Sorry, Joy-Anna).
