He may be banned from posting about his ex online, but that won’t stop David Eason. Despite the temporary restraining order that supposedly prevents him from speaking about estranged wife Jenelle Evans, the Teen Mom 2 alum recently took to Instagram to put her on blast. On Wednesday, November 13, while talking to a fan in the comments on one of his posts, he called the MTV star “lazy” and claimed that he’d been taking care of her “for years.” Check out the gallery below to get the latest update on David and Jenelle.

Leaving

The drama began after Jenelle, 27, revealed on October 31 that she was leaving her husband. She broke the news to fans in a statement shared to her social media accounts.

Filing

“The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end, but I know that’s what is best for me and for my kids. Today, I’ve filed papers to start that process,” she revealed.

It didn’t take long for the former couple’s relationship to turn contentious online. Within days, David, 31, was seemingly shading his ex on Instagram.

Call Out

Over the November 2 weekend, he shared an article that claimed his estranged wife was planning to fight for full custody. In a second post, he reminded his followers about her past road rage incident. “But this is OK?” he wrote.

Alone

A separate post seemed to take aim at his ex for leaving the family home with the kids. Sharing a photo of some of the family’s animals, he added the caption, “At least these guys know how to keep me company!“

Police

He even allegedly tried to get the police involved by reporting his ex and daughter missing. “Since Jenelle has disappeared and I have no contact with her or Ensley, I have no option but to file a missing person’s report,” he said.

Attacks

Soon, he graduated to taking aim at her as a person. When a fan commented that they were “so glad Jenelle got smart” and left, he shot back, “Nope, she’s still stupid.”

Court Order

However, on November 4, the mom of three filed paperwork asking the court to grant her a temporary restraining order against her ex. “Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being,” she wrote.

Contact

“I’m afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls or on the internet,” she continued.

Legalities

The order was granted — and it prevents David from having “contact with Jenelle” or her kids. It also bans him from posting anything about them online.

Speaking Out

However, this doesn’t seem to have stopped the father of three. Though he initially seemed to tip toe around the order by posting about his wedding ring rather than posting about his wife, he’s now returned to speaking about her directly.

Attacks

On November 13, he took aim at his ex after a fan commented on one of his Instagram posts as he thanked fans for all of their recent support.

Pointed

The exchange started off innocently enough. “What is something no one knows about you?” one of his followers wanted to know. “I’ve been on my own in this world since I was 15 years old,” he answered. “Had my own car before I had [a] license.”

Lazy

However, he quickly turned the conversation back to his ex. “People have no idea the type of work ethic I have just because I’ve been working for [Jenelle], cleaning up after her lazy ass for years,” he slammed.

Now that he’s single, the star seems to be focusing on his “custom metal and woodwork” business as he forges knives out of material like old railroad spikes.

Healing

David has claimed his business “heals his soul” as he creates things. “I just can’t wait to make the next one, make it better and get that much more gratification,” he told fans. Looks like he’s still got some healing to do.
