Save the drama for your mama! Counting On cousin Amy King (née Duggar) seemingly shaded her extending family after she hinted she’s happier without her controversial cousins around.

“She said … ‘I have no need for revenge. I am no longer yours and that is punishment enough,’” read a screenshotted quote the 33-year-old shared via Twitter on Monday, August 17. “The best revenge is to live a happy, drama-free life without them,” she captioned the cryptic message.

This isn’t the first time the Duggar cousin has shared a message seemingly directed at her family. “Hang out with people who help raise you up,” the brunette beauty tweeted on August 13. “They fit into your future. Do not hang out with people who bring you down and remind you of the past.”

Amy’s subtle shade comes shortly after she appeared to distance herself from her family. In March, Amy spoke her truth in an interview with the Without a Crystal Ball YouTube channel, but the video was quickly taken down. While host Katie Joy claimed Amy didn’t divulge anything negative in the clip, she said “someone” contacted Amy to inform her the video would “need to come down.”

After the video was removed, Amy took to Twitter refusing to be stopped from telling her story. “I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again. … ‘A [woman’s] voice should never be silenced,’” she wrote at the time. Considering in-law Derick Dillard’s claim Jim Bob Duggar heavily tries to control the family’s public image, many have speculated the Duggar dad was the one who demanded the interview be taken down.

In recent months, it appears Amy has grown closer to cousin Jill Dillard and her husband,  who also seem to have distanced themselves from the family and Jim Bob. While the cousins may have bonded over their mutual distaste for the fam, it looks like the girls have each other’s backs.

In July, Amy shared a selfie with Jill, writing, “You smile just a bit brighter these days!” seemingly praising Jill for finding independence and creating her own path. “So proud of you, hippie chick!”

While Amy may be at odds with most of the Duggar clan, it looks like she has Jill to lean on.
