A New Crib! Chelsea Houska And Cole DeBoer Purchase $418,000 South Dakota Home

Way to go! The 27-year-old MTV star managed to buy the 1,966 square foot home for $418,000 on July 13, 2018, even though the original asking price was $435,000.

Chelsea and Cole’s new crib was built in 2007 and has plenty of living space for their growing family. It features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a three-car garage. Nice!

Freshly renovated! Some final touches were made to their new house as the wood cabinets have been swapped out for white ones and the tile was replaced with hardwood floors.

And with the huge backyard, there’s plenty of space for the mother-of-three‘s pet pig Pete, dogs and chickens. An automatic waterer and shelters for horses also came with the place!

Chelsea sold her previous home back in August. “They bought and already moved into a new one,” an insider told Radar. “They really wanted a house with more room and acreage for animals in the country.”

Cole and Chelsea have two precious kids together: Watson, 1, and newborn daughter, Layne. The reality star also is the proud mama of Aubree, 9, with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind.

Her little princess is all smiles! The Teen Mom star shared a darling snap of Layne on Oct. 20, and to be honest, she looks just like her Grandpa Randy.
