Chelsea has been keeping fans updated throughout her pregnancy journey, recently sharing a photo of her baby bump. “38 weeks,” she captioned the snap of herself clad in gray sweats with a messy bun. The reality star has been over the moon about welcoming another baby girl to her brood, previously revealing: “I just want so many baby Coles. I think it’d just be fun to have so many babies closer together. [With Aubree and Watson] it was seven years before we had another kid. We need to just be patient, but I can’t help it.”

Cole also gushed over his stunning wife and new addition in a heartfelt post via social media. “Happy birthday to my sweet perfect wife Chelsea DeBoer who just gave our family this beautiful blessing! Sharing the same amazing day I am so in love with our family! Our newest edition Baby Layne,” he wrote in his caption. Kailyn Lowry also tweeted: “Happy birthday to Chelsea and to sweet baby Layne. Congrats!” We couldn’t be happier for them!
