On Wednesday, June 26, Duane “Dog” Chapman confirmed the heartbreaking news that Beth Chapman had passed away early that morning. In an emotional post, he promised his wife that he would “see [her] on the other side,” and now other family members are joining the Dog the Bounty Hunter star in mourning her loss. The couple’s daughter Bonnie Jo Chapman took to Twitter to share some sweet words of her own. On Instagram, she also shared a tribute to her mother with a touching album of photos.

“Love you forever mom,” Bonnie, 20, wrote after sharing her dad’s tweet. “You’ve got a halo now.” On Instagram, shared the tweet on her Story as well as updating the caption on an album of photos she’d posted the day before. “So thankful to call you my mother,” read the original note. On the 26th, she added, “Rest In Peace, Mom. I love you so much.”

In the days and hours before Beth’s death, the family had rushed to be by her side and share all of their memories with her. Even Lyssa Chapman, despite her public feud with her “bonus” mom, took to Instagram to share all kinds of photos of herself and other relatives with the Dog’s Most Wanted star. Jamie Chapman, who is married to the reality star’s “bonus” son Leland Chapman, shared some special words of her own. Posting Psalm 23:4 on her Instagram feed, she added the message, “The Lord will do right by Beth. I will always love you and miss you.”

Though Dakota Chapman and daughter Cecily Chapman haven’t yet found words of their own to share, they did retweet their dad’s sweet message, and it’s clear they’re mourning for Beth. On Twitter, Dog’s Most Wanted costars and found-family members also joined in, including Rainy Robinson, who shared a cluster of broken heart emojis, and David Robinson, who wrote, “No matter how much you prepare, it is still so hard. Heaven received another angel today.”

It’s clear the star was loved by many, and we hope they can find solace in each other during such a difficult time.
