She’s not here for it! After 90 Day Fiancé star Jay Smith shared a Mother’s Day tribute to his ex, Ashley Martson, she’s letting him know just how little she thinks of it. Though the former couple recently reunited for a wedding photo shoot on May 8, the mother-of-two wanted to make it more than clear that they’re not back together. While talking exclusively with In Touch on May 16, the star shared just what she thought about Jay’s May 12 Instagram post. The stars have been on the outs since Jay’s second cheating scandal broke in April. “It’s all fun and games until your ass gets deported,” the bride wrote on her Instagram story on April 15. “Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car you’re driving around without a license!”

The two even unfollowed each other.
“Ashley is indeed filing for divorce after catching Jay cheating yet again,” a source told In Touch at the time. “She has reached her breaking point and this is the final straw. She feels like she was an opportunity for him and she is hurt and disgusted.”

The threat of deportation is real.
“She also feels like he manipulated her and is saddened he cheated multiple times,” the source continued. “Due to him not being a citizen, once she proceeds with the divorce, he could potentially be deported.”

Ashley claimed it wasn’t her problem.
While chatting with In Touch on April 25, she called it “kind of his problem.” She explained, “The reason why he would be deported is for what he chose to do.”

That doesn’t mean she doesn’t care.
“I would feel upset [if that happened],” she admitted. “I saw where he came from and it’s not the best life.” Ultimately, though, she’s not going to let her empathy for Jay stop her from divorcing him.
While talking to In Touch at OK! Magazine‘s Summer Kick-Off NYC event, she hinted that playing at being bride and groom again wasn’t the best experience — but they “pushed through it.”

She confirmed she’s “done” with Jay.
And she even admitted that there was “nothing at this point” that could convince her to take him back. She shared that Jay had apologized and begged for forgiveness, but she’s just ready to move forward.

Even that Mother’s Day tribute couldn’t sway her.
On May 12, Jay shared a special message with Ashley on Instagram, praising the mother-of-two. “You are a kind, generous and loving human being, a strong woman, and one that I am lucky to know and proud to love. Happy Mother’s Day, @ashleye_90,” he wrote in a now-deleted post.

What did Ashley think?
“I wish he would’ve come to me personally,” she exclusively told In Touch on May 16, sharing that the social media post bothered her. “For me, it was kind of fake. I didn’t hear from him on Mother’s Day.”

Ashley is ready to put Jay behind her.
On May 1, she opened up on Instagram about the drama surrounding her ex’s cheating scandal, calling him out. “I’m done,” she wrote. “I’m not gonna post your disgusting nudes and homemade porn and get myself in trouble over two heartless people.”

She wants to “just … walk away.”
“I loved him with all of my being, and it was never enough,” she continued. “I was stupid marrying someone so young and immature. This is my fault. … I’m just gonna walk away with the absolute zero amount of dignity I have left.”

She wishes Jay the best.
Though she did accuse him of the woman she said he cheated with of having “knowingly did this,” she also write, “I hope they can be happy together forever. Everyone deserves happiness.”

But being costars complicates things.
Aside from that bridal shoot, the two have also reunited because of their starring roles in this season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? They met up at the show’s premiere party in NYC at the end of April, and over Mother’s Day weekend, they filmed the season 4 tell-all special.

Luckily, their professional relationship may soon be over.
Other than the reunion, the couple shared back in February that they had finished filming Happily Ever After — and then they promptly quit the franchise. Ashley told Radar Online that they tired of being “asked to hide” their relationship from their followers so that they wouldn’t spoil the show’s outcome.

Now that they’ve split, they likely won’t be back.
It’s still possible that we may see Ashley or Jay on 90 Day Fiancé: What Now?, but as of now, it seems these two are going their separate ways for good.
