They have a plan. 90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger took to her Instagram Story on May 15 to set the record straight about whether Azan Tefou (a.k.a. Hassan M’Raouni) can reapply for the K-1 visa and their possible move to Morocco together. Check out our gallery below to see what the reality TV star had to say!

Together?
She lives in the United States and he lives in Morocco. Sadly, Azan’s K-1 visa was denied, which threw a wrench in their plan to get married and be together.

Struggles
Eventually, Nicole moved to Morocco to marry Azan, but they ended up calling off their wedding — twice. So the couple is still not married and still not living together in the same country.

Someday
In June 2018, Nicole’s stepfather told Radar Online that she went back to the U.S. after calling off her wedding to Azan because “the timing wasn’t right,” but that the plan was still to marry him at some point.

“Is Azan allowed to ever reapply for the K-1 visa?” one fan asked Nicole.

New Plan
“He is allowed to but it’s a matter if he’ll get denied again and most people do if they were denied the first time,” Nicole explained. “We are going to apply for the spousal visa after we’re married.”

Another follower then asked, “When will you go back to Morocco?”

“Can’t say,” Nicole responded. She also added an emoji to indicate that it’s a secret. An upcoming storyline on the show, perhaps?

One fan offered Nicole a little bit of tough love. “[Your K-1] was denied. Why [you] think spousal would not as well?”

Not Just Him
“They are not the same thing,” Nicole began her response. “Many Moroccans are getting denied their K-1s right now. It’s not just Azan.”

Nicole continued, “You have a better chance of getting accepted if you are already married.” Hmm, can’t hurt to give it a shot, right?

Finally, another fan asked Nicole, “Why don’t you just move to Morocco? Why does Azan have to move to America?” (Have they not seen the rest of the show or … ?)

Good Question
The 90 Day Fiancé star had an answer for that too. “Great question!” she started her reply. “So our plan right now is actually for me and May to move to Morocco, marry and stay there for a little while before attempting to come to America.”
