She wants out. Kalani Faagata tearfully admitted she no longer wants to be with husband Asuelu Pulaa during the Sunday, August 30, episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?.

“I’m tired and I’m emotionally exhausted, and I need to sleep. I just need to go home and figure things out. I’m just done. I don’t want to be married anymore,” the 32-year-old reality star told cameras as she and her family traveled home to Utah after a tumultuous trip to visit Asuelu’s mother and sister in Washington. “I love him, but I have to start loving myself and my boys more.”

In the previous episode, Asuelu’s sister Tammy and mother, Lesina, met up with Kalani and the conversation turned explosive when they insisted on getting money from her. His mother even said, “I don’t care about the kids,” referring to her grandchildren, Oliver, 2, and Kennedy, 15 months.

Asuelu, 25, seemingly sided with his family when he left Kalani and the boys to stay with his family after the fight.

“I am just questioning if I can even do this anymore,” Kalani told her mom over FaceTime. “This whole trip is just annoying because I came here so he can build a relationship with his family and now it just turned into us ruining our relationship. … I’m going to the airport with or without him.”

Asuelu did later show up at the hotel with flowers and balloons in hand, as if nothing was wrong. He was not thrilled with the cold welcome and Kalani suggested they go to therapy to work on their issues.

“I don’t know how I feel going to a therapist,” Asuelu told the camera. “I think it’s very important to Kalani and I don’t want to fight about it anymore.”

Still, these two may not make it. “Marriage should be about love and supporting each other, and about being happy,” Kalani said through tears. “That’s not what I have right now. If I was on the outside looking in, I would tell myself to be done. Because I have two sons, I feel like I have to stay.”

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs Sundays on TLC at 8/7c.
