Can we all send some good vibes Ashley Martson‘s way? The 90 Day Fiancé star has been struggling with some serious health issues lately. After a lupus flare up sent her to the hospital over Christmas, the reality star is now going through kidney failure. On her Instagram page, she and a friend have been keeping fans updated as she’s hospitalized and undergoing treatment. Now, they’ve shared that she’s had surgery to place a catheter that would allow doctors to put her on dialysis. Watch the video above to see the update Ashley’s friend posted and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.

I’m sorry if this photo offends anyone but I will not hide that I’m sick. If I can help one person with lupus then posting this is worth it. I was found unresponsive this morning at my home. The Ambulance took me to the hospital where it was found that I am in acute kidney failure due to lupus. I will begin dialysis shortly. I will not let this beat me. I know I’m strong enough to battle through this, not just for myself but for my kids. I will be transferred to another hospital this evening that is better equipped. Please pray for myself and my family as I know it’s going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us. Thank you for your continuous support and prayers #ashley #lupus #kidneyfailure #90dayfiance #tlc. **please keep negative comments off this post. I’m already scared and I don’t need to be kicked while I’m already down. Friends have started a go fund me to help Ashley during this unexpected medical issue. The link is in her story

Yesterday, her estranged husband, Jay Smith, revealed that he had dropped everything to be by her side. “We have our differences, but as long as I have life, I will never let you sit alone and suffer,” he wrote in an Instagram post of his own. “Thank you for having me here to support you.” But the star is asking for support from others, too. Ashely created a GoFundMe to help her with her medical bills, setting a goal of $10,000 to take care of her and her children while she’s ill and can’t work.

Two days ago, she also shared a message herself. “I will not let this beat me,” she wrote online. “I know I’m strong enough to battle through this, not just for myself but for my kids… Please pray for myself and my family as I know it’s going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us. Thank you for your continuous support and prayers.”
