’90 Day Fiancé’ Stars Jay And Ashley Reunite Amid Her Lupus Health Battle On Christmas

Even amid all the drama, it looks like he’s still by her side. 90 Day Fiancé couple Jay Smith and Ashley Martson sparked split rumors just one day before Christmas Eve after they each wiped all of their photos together from Instagram. But now that Ashley seems to have suffered a bit of Lupus flare and she has been hospitalized since Christmas Eve, Jay took to Instagram on Christmas Day to share a photo of himself sitting in a hospital room — and it seems like the couple was able to reunite in the midst of Ashley’s health battle.

Jay, 20, shared a photo of his legs sitting in a chair with the corner of a hospital bed in the background. He didn’t add a caption to the pic, but he did add a hospital emoji to the photo.

Meanwhile, Ashley has been keeping fans up to date on her hospital stay via her Instagram Story. She first announced that she had been admitted with a heartbreaking message on Christmas Eve. “If I could ask Santa for one gift it would be good health. Being admitted on Christmas even missing Christmas morning with my children is the worst. My strength is beginning to run out but I know God‘s strength will pull me through,” Ashley, 31, announced on Instagram.

But Ashley revealed that since she knew she was not feeling well and would have to be in the hospital, she was able to open Christmas presents with her kids before she had to leave. She continued to share updates on Christmas, and on Wednesday, Dec. 26, she revealed that she was still in the hospital.

“Still here but starting to feel a little bit better,” Ashley wrote in a Boomerang clip showing fans her hospital room. In a second photo, Ashley took a selfie from her hospital bed and she captioned the shot, “#LupusSucks.”
