As In Touch previously reported, Ashley filed for divorce from Jay on April 23 for the second time. She previously filed for divorce on January 11, 2019, and she withdrew the paperwork on January 22, but it seems like this time it’s for good.

The former couple was introduced to fans on season 6 of the hit TLC reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé, and viewers watched as they struggled with infidelity issues very early on in their relationship.

Ashley, who hails from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, met Jay while on vacation in Jamaica and they dated long distance until Jay’s K-1 visa (a.k.a. the fiancé visa) was approved, which allowed him to legally travel to the United States to marry Ashley.

But before Jay arrived in America, Ashley visited Jay in Jamaica with her childhood friend Natalie, and Natalie claimed she heard that Jay was sleeping with at least two other women while he was engaged to Ashley.

Since their relationship was still long distance, Ashley seemingly decided to turn a blind eye to the accusations.

“Maybe I don’t care what Jay does when I’m not over there. What he does in Jamaica when I’m not there is not my business,” she said at the time. “Honestly, if Jesus came down from heaven right now and said he cheated on me, I wouldn’t do anything about it. But if Jay cheats on me here in the U.S., I would have to send him packing and back home.”

But it seems like Jay continued his cheating ways even after he arrived in the states. Just days after the couple returned home after their elopement ceremony in Las Vegas, Ashley learned that Jay had created a Tinder profile and she claimed he used it to meet and talk to other women in the area.

Even though Jay did not physically cheat on Ashley, she claimed he was having inappropriate conversations with women and he allegedly made plans to meet up with one of them in person.

Jay’s first cheating scandal rocked his marriage with Ashley, but the couple still decided to stay together and work on things.

But three months after Ashley decided to call off her divorce from Jay, she took to Instagram to accuse him of cheating on her again.

“It’s all fun [and] games until your ass gets deported,” she wrote in a now-deleted Instagram Story post back on April 15. “Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car you’re driving around without a license!”

Shortly after that, rumors started swirling, claiming Jay allegedly got another woman pregnant while he was still married to Ashley.

Fans took to Ashley’s Instagram comments to show their support for her amid the pregnancy rumors. “I’m all for you and Jay, but if the pregnancy rumors are true, he ain’t s–t ❤,” one fan wrote, and another commented, “Consider yourself lucky you found out what a juvenile, non-committal player Jay is now before you invested any more time or emotion in him. The same thing that you probably found appealing at first ended up being his downfall.”

Shortly after filing for divorce, Ashley headed off to New York City to celebrate her birthday weekend. At the MĀSK Skincare launch event in New York’s Hemp Garden on Thursday, April 25, an onlooker overheard Ashley say that Jay got another woman pregnant and that she doesn’t want to be a baby mama.

While it’s unclear if Jay did get another woman pregnant, she did cite adultery as the reason for her divorce from Jay in documents obtained by In Touch.

Ashley also cryptically hinted that the reason for her split from Jay is something that no one would have seen coming.

“It was very dramatic, very messed up,” she exclusively told In Touch at the Hemp Garden CBD infused MASK skincare launch in New York City on Thursday, April 25. “But I am sure America is going to be shocked.”

But on Saturday, April 27, Jay took to Instagram Live where he answered some fan questions. When multiple fans asked if the rumors were true, he denied getting another woman pregnant. He said he’s not a “little boy,” and he wouldn’t be “that stupid” to cheat on his wife and get another girl pregnant.
