90 Day Fiancé’s Ashley Threatens to Divorce Jay After 2nd Cheating Scandal, He May ‘Be Deported’

Ashley and Jay have always had trust issues in their relationship, which played out during season 6 of TLC’s hit reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé.

During the season premiere, Ashley revealed that she had been engaged twice in the past and both times she dumped her fiancés because they had cheated on her and she didn’t want to “put up with that s–t.”

But she didn’t really mind infidelity in her relationship with Jay early on.

The blonde beauty even lost her friendship with her former best friend Natalie in the months leading up to her wedding with Jay because Natalie had accused Jay of cheating on Ashley.

“When she went to Jamaica with me, Natalie accused Jay of cheating on me,” Ashley explained. “She claims that she heard Jay say he was having sex with two other women. Which, she had no proof of anything — just her word.”

“Maybe I don’t care what Jay does when I’m not over there. What he does in Jamaica when I’m not there is not my business,” she added. “Honestly, if Jesus came down from heaven right now and said he cheated on me, I wouldn’t do anything about it. But if Jay cheats on me here in the U.S., I would have to send him packing and back home.”

But it didn’t take long for Jay betray Ashley’s trust while stateside. Just days after they returned back to Ashley’s home in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, from their elopement ceremony in Las Vegas, Ashley claimed that Jay had created a Tinder account where he had used to talk to other women in the area.

Even though Jay didn’t physically cheat on Ashley, she claimed that he allegedly made plans to meet up with one of the women before he got caught.

While Jay broke Ashley’s trust, the couple decided to stay together. But the couple hit another rough patch over the holidays, and Ashley filed for divorce in January 2019, but she withdrew the paperwork just two weeks later.

But now, it seems like they’re headed for divorce again after Ashley accused Jay of cheating on her for the second time.

On Monday, April 15, Ashely took to Instagram to publicly call Jay out for allegedly cheating on her. She claimed that he went to a strip club with her car and her money, and she threatened to get him deported. Jay declined In Touch‘s request for comment at this time.

After she accused Jay of cheating, they both unfollowed each other on social media. Jay also posted a cryptic message on his Instagram Story, and he shared a video clip featuring the song “Girls Love Beyoncé” by Drake, which features lyrics about a cheating partner.

Since Jay was a Jamaican citizen before he entered the United States on a K-1 visa, he was immediately eligible for a green card in America after marrying Ashley. But if Ashley divorces him, the status of his green card would be in jeopardy — and insiders exclusively revealed to In Touch that that’s exactly what Ashley is planning to do.

“Ashley is indeed filing for divorce after catching Jay cheating yet again. She has reached her breaking point and this is the final straw. She feels like she was an opportunity for him and she is hurt and disgusted,” an insider exclusively revealed to In Touch.

“She also feels like he manipulated her and is saddened he cheated multiple times. Due to him not being a citizen, once she proceeds with the divorce he could potentially be deported,” the source added.
