The TLC alum decided to put an end to the swirling rumors by revealing that she’s actually at a women’s wellness retreat for her health and well-being. After posting her statement online, Ashley deactivated her Instagram account, but she made sure to share a final message about her recent drama with estranged husband, Jay Smith.
