’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Larissa Dos Santos Lima Says She Won’t Be Deported: ‘I’m Staying’

On Saturday, June 15, Larissa made an appearance in Boulder City, Nevada for the launch of her new beauty collab with the brand, Beauty Kitchen.

The brunette bombshell has been working with the brand on her very own limited edition line of beauty products, including a lip kit named “Here Kitty Kitty.”

Her new boyfriend, Eric Nichols, traveled with her for the event and even posed for pics with her on the red carpet.

During the event, Larissa was overheard talking about the result of her most recent domestic violence hearing.

“It’s done. I’m here staying, ” Larissa said, according to The Blast.

As In Touch previously reported, Larissa was able to avoid jail time in her third and final domestic violence case.

The case stemmed from her third arrest that took place on January 11, 2019. Larissa was facing domestic violence charges after an alleged altercation between her and her then-husband, Colt.

If Larissa would have been convicted of domestic violence, she would have been facing up to six months in jail and she would have also been facing deportation back to her native country of Brazil after serving her sentence.

But when Larissa went before a judge during her hearing in May, her case ended up being “paused.”

“Hello everyone! My case, has been ‘Paused,’ which means I was not found guilty or unguilty,” she wrote in a statement on Instagram at the time.

“I will follow the program required by the Court, and then my charge will be reduced to Disorderly Conduct,” Larissa clarified.

But that was all the information she was able to divulge. “As my lawyer, who is the best attorney in Nevada says, it is best not to comment on cases such as mine,” she explained.

She just wanted to make it clear that she was not going to be deported. “I am happy, as the Court ruling today will not affect my immigration,” she wrote.

According to court records obtained by In Touch, Larissa agreed to complete a Justice Court Community Service Program. Once this case over, Larissa will be free of all pending legal issues.

The details surrounding her second domestic violence arrest from November 2018, were recently revealed during the episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? which aired on Sunday, June 16. But the charges that stemmed from that arrest have since been dropped.
