It’s about to go down! A brand new season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is about to premiere, meaning we’ll get introduced to some new couples including 26-year-old Brittany and Yazan, 24. The hit TLC spinoff shows a group of Americans making “the ultimate sacrifice” and moving “across the globe” for the person they dream of building a future with. Learn all about this duo below.
How Did They Meet?
The Palm Beach, Florida native met her beau from Jordan through a video chat arranged by his sister. Within seconds of locking eyes, the lovebirds knew they had to meet in person.
What Obstacles Will They Face?
Things could get interesting considering the pair’s cultural differences. Yazan is a family-oriented man and devout Muslim, while Brittany is an aspiring rapper and model. She is also a social media influencer. Will their lifestyles ultimately clash or compliment each other? We’ll certainly find out in upcoming episodes.
Do Their Loved Ones Approve of the Romance?
If they do get serious, Yazan’s conservative family wants them to tie the knot before moving in together. However, Brittany plans to leave behind her single dad and relocate to Jordan to be with Yazan, so there’s no telling how quickly it may happen. Furthermore, there’s also a “secret” she is keeping that will later be revealed.
Did the Trailer Reveal Any More About the Duo?
“I can’t wait to see my boo,” she said in the season 2 sneak peek clip. “For somebody like me to be going to Jordan, it’s pretty crazy,” Brittany admitted.
“You’re so cute,” Yazan gushed upon seeing her face in person.
Despite their cute first interaction, it’s clear there’s animosity between them a little further down the line. “I’m American and I have my own culture,” she yells at Yazan in another scene while they argue in the car. “I’m American and I have my own culture. When you’re with your people, you do what your people do,” she said. “[Enough],” he fired back.
The new season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way premieres at 9/8c on June 8.
