Being pregnant isn’t easy, and Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff has been more than open about her struggles with baby No. 2. On Wednesday, August 14, she opened up even more about the experience in a new Instagram post where she revealed she’d taken maternity photos. Though she initially was sure that it wasn’t something she wanted to do, eventually she came around. And she’s glad she did. In the post, the soon-to-be mom of two expressed just what the photos mean to her despite the obstacles she’s faced.

“I’m not one of those women who loves being pregnant,” Tori, 28, captioned a gorgeous photo of herself. “In fact, there’s not a lot of times I do love being pregnant. Don’t get me wrong. I thank God for this amazing gift every single day, and I know how blessed I am, but it definitely hasn’t made me feel my best. However, I am so freaking thankful I was talked into maternity photos by friends and family. This photo truly embodies what I LOVE about pregnancy.”

“My growing bump is a symbol of a healthy girlsie,” she continued. “It’s a reminder that I’m in a position that many women dream of, and trust me — I do not take it for granted. @moniqueserraphotography helped me celebrate what I love about being pregnant. I love feeling baby girl move inside me. I love sharing this experience with Zach and Jackson! I love that God has given me a gift and chosen me to be this sweet child’s mama. Also … It was nice getting dressed up and feeling beautiful! Thank you so much, @moniquetserra. We will cherish these photos FOREVER!”

The family’s photographer friend took photos of Tori, photos of Tori with Jackson Roloff and shots of the whole fam, a.k.a. #ZandTPartyofFour. We’re glad that she made the beautiful mama feel so good about herself — and it seems like husband Zach Roloff has been putting in the work lately, too. The couple recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary with a romantic evening cruise as well as a bouquet of flowers. We’re glad to see he’s taking care of his lady, and we can’t wait to meet his other little lady some day soon.
