Let’s be frank. When it comes to Teresa Giudice‘s marriage, s–t has pretty much hit the fan. With Joe Giudice‘s release date of March 14 looming ever closer, the chance that he won’t be deported grows ever smaller. And with the Real Housewives of New Jersey star proclaiming that she’ll say “bye-bye” to her husband if he’s sent back to Italy, it seems increasingly likely that a divorce is in her future. When the star’s brother, Joe Gorga, appeared on Fox 5’s Good Day New York to talk about their latest updates, he only confirmed that, insisting his sister “has no choice” but to break up with her husband. Teresa Giudice Brother Says She Has to Be Prepared to Divorce Joe

Joe and Teresa haven’t had an easy marriage.

Over two decades together, they’ve faced multiple cheating scandals and alleged affairs. And though they’ve denied all the relationship drama, there’s no question they ended up in hot water.

The Giudices both served time.

Both Teresa and Joe plead guilty to multiple charges of fraud, with Teresa being sentenced to 15 months in prison and Joe 41 months, which they served at separate times.

That’s when the tension started.

Though Teresa stood by her man in the past, she started to get mad at him while he was behind bars. “She was, and still is, very angry at Joe for putting their family in this position,” a source told In Touch. “Joe ruined [their lives].”

Teresa needs to do what’s best for her kids.

With four daughters to raise, three of them minors, the Real Housewives star had to get her priorities in order — including potentially leaving her husband. In her memoir Standing Strong, she wrote, “People think that I’d never leave Joe. But that’s not the case. … If things with Joe aren’t good … between us when he gets home, I’d absolutely end our relationship.”

She’s not moving to Italy.

Though the star seemed to hint to Andy Cohen that she and her kids could live in Italy after they found out Joe was being deported, she later changed her tune. “Gia’s going to college next year; I haven’t spoken to Milania or Audriana about it, we haven’t gotten there yet, and Gabriella already voiced her opinion to me,” Teresa said at the RHONJ reunion. “She was like, ‘That would be so hard for me, mommy.’ She doesn’t speak the language. She’s like, ‘That would kill me even more.'”

She’ll likely leave her husband.

“I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it,” she continued. “You know, I want somebody with me every day. I know exactly what happens. You know, I’m sure he’ll be with other women. It happens. We do the long-distance thing; it’s not going to work. I’d be like, ‘Bye-bye.'”

Now, Teresa’s brother Joe is chiming in.

In a Monday, March 11 interview, he agreed that it’s looking like a divorce is unavoidable. Luckily, he’s got his sister’s back. “Anything she needs, I’m going to be here for her,” he said. “That’s my only sister. I have only one sister in life.”

While talking with the show’s hosts, he confirmed that Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, a.k.a. ICE, would be picking Joe up. He continued, “If he goes to Italy, they’re not going. … Is [Teresa] prepared [get a divorce]? She has no choice. She has to be prepared.”

Is it over for Teresa and Joe?

Seems that way — although it certainly doesn’t help that the mom-of-four has already been spotted out and about her alleged boy toy. She and 20-something Blake Schreck have been seen holding hands and getting cozy.

They’re all about the PDA.

“They looked really into each other,” a source told Radar Online. “[They were] flirting, holding hands and cuddling,” another told In Touch. And according to Us Weekly, “Teresa had her hands on his leg” on New Year’s Eve. “At points, the two had their hands intertwined, and then the man was rubbing her leg in a romantic way,” a source told Us.

Teresa has denied the romance rumors.

At the RHONJ reunion, she addressed the subject but still stayed vague. “I took tons of pictures with tons of fans, so, I mean, I was hugging a lot of people,” she told Andy. “It was New Year’s Eve, hello. Some girl wanted to make out with me. I just said, you know, not right now. I said, ‘Later.'”

She’s already ditched her wedding ring.

Though she had an excuse for that, too. “I mean, who cares? Who cares if I wear my rings or if I don’t? Joe never wore rings,” she said on the show, insisting that it didn’t mean anything that she’d been leaving her ring at home.

Teresa and her new man are already going on trips.

They hit up Miami for a Valentine’s Day vacation and had fun in the sun on a beach date. She may be denying that anything’s going on, but Teresa doesn’t seem shy about being seen with her alleged boy toy.

Sorry, Joe.

Though Teresa’s life seems to be going great, the same can’t be said for her husband. On March 11, an ICE official confirmed Joe “will be taken into ICE custody” and eventually sent back to Italy. Though his parents brought him to the States when he was just a baby, he was born abroad.

Hey, at least Teresa’s got another Joe.

Her OG Joe, if you will. And no matter what happens in her romantic life, it’s clear this Joe will always have her back. Hey, what else are brothers for, right?
