Sending a message? Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry shared some TikTok videos about cutting toxic people out of your life amid her drama with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez.

“Try the 72-hour rule, OK? If this person, whoever you’re talking to, whoever you like, whatever, if they can go 72 hours without talking to you — three days — then they can go the rest of their life. Drop ‘em, it’s not worth it,” TikToker @bootlegdrake said in one of the clips Kail, 28, shared on Monday, August 17. “Thanks, TikTok,” the mother of four wrote below the video.

“You need to get to a point where you are OK being the villain in the narcissist’s story,” @mattphifercoaching said in another clip Kailyn shared to her Story. “Doesn’t matter if they left you, doesn’t matter if you left them, doesn’t matter if they cheated on you. They are going to spin it as if they are the victim.”

The reality star’s cryptic TikToks come shortly after she revealed she reconnected with Chris and invited him to the birth of their son during the August 13 episode of her podcast, “Coffee Convos.” In the weeks leading up to her delivery, Kailyn shared she wouldn’t allow the 26-year-old to attend, but it seems like she had a change of heart.

Kailyn revealed she called Chris the morning she went into labor and he came over to help her pack for the hospital, although there was a change in plans. Kail feared she wouldn’t make it to the hospital in time to deliver her baby, so she gave birth in her bed. Chris was by her side as they welcomed their second child together on July 30. The two are already parents to their 3-year-old son, Lux. Kailyn is also mother to sons Issac, 10, and Lincoln, 6, from previous relationships.

Despite their tumultuous “entanglement,” Kailyn even allowed Chris to have some input in the baby’s name. “[With Lux,] Chris and I couldn’t decide, and so I finally just picked a name we both had agreed on in the past … and so I did the same thing this time,” she explained on her podcast. “I was like, you know what, when Chris and I were talking, this was one of the names — Creed was a name that we had both previously agreed on, and so it kind of was always in the back of my head.”

Although it seemed like Kailyn and Chris were in a good place, the mom shared a cryptic post about stability shortly after her podcast. “Actions speak louder than words, but consistency speaks louder than both. Choose people that always make you feel wanted,” read a screenshot she shared to her Instagram Story on Sunday, August 16.

Despite Kailyn and Chris’ relationship troubles, it seems like they will always put their kids first.
