Looking good! Teen Mom OG star Mackenzie Edwards (née Standifer) revealed her daily diet after showing off her impressive weight loss transformation.

“Can you share what you eat for a day please?” one fan asked the 23-year-old on a gym selfie shared via Instagram on Saturday, August 22. “[I’m] gluten/dairy free,” the reality star wrote in response. “[I] did a food sensitivity test, reverse dieted out of keto into moderate carbs.”

The proud mama has been sharing her fitness journey with fans since she welcomed her daughter, Stella, with her husband, Ryan Edwards, in January 2020. “Welcome to the world sweet Stella!” she captioned her baby announcement post on social media. “Stella Rhea Edwards came on her own time and surprised us New Year’s Day! What a way to start our year! We are so in love with her already.”

Shortly after Stella was born, Mack got to work on shedding her baby weight, and she loves flaunting her toned physique on the ‘gram.

In June, she took to Instagram to credit dietary supplements for helping her get back into shape, although her haters weren’t buying it and accused the mother of three of using drugs to obtain her new look. “That stuff that she says she is on would never give you a flat tummy after [having] a baby,” the troll wrote. “The stuff that she is [taking] is only to make money. Like Maci stated, she is a ‘fake.’ I personally think she is doing [husband Ryan Edwards’] drugs!!”

“I’m not ‘on’ anything,” Mackenzie clapped back in response. “I eat right and work out. It’s not rocket science, and there’s no quick fix. I take supplements to SUPPLEMENT my diet, but nothing is a miracle fix.”

Despite the occasional shade from online trolls, Mackenzie has been thrilled to share her post-baby body journey with fans. During an Instagram Q&A in March, she admitted it’s been “such a struggle” to stay on her grind since welcoming baby No. 3. Revealing some of her fitness secrets, she shared she eats “whole foods / low carb,” in addition to “intermittent fasting” and some cardio.

We stan a confident mama!
