‘Teen Mom 2′ Alum Jenelle Evans’ Son Kaiser Removed From Her Home by CPS After Dog Killing Incident

In Touch can confirm that Kaiser was removed from the home that Jenelle shares with David in North Carolina.

According to The Ashley, which was first to report the news, Kaiser has not been in Jenelle’s custody since Friday, May 10.

“CPS authorized a family member to get Kaiser from his daycare on Friday,” the source told the blog.

Jenelle shares Kaiser with her ex-fiancé, Nathan Griffith. Radar confirmed that it was Nathan’s mother, Doris, who picked Kaiser up.

“Nathan’s mother Doris got a call from CPS and they told her they had done the investigation and she should go get Kaiser out of daycare,” a source told Radar.

“Kaiser will likely be staying away from the land until CPS can get things sorted out,” the source told The Ashley. “A judge will be given the case today to sign off on, at least for the foreseeable future.”

Insiders told Radar that Jenelle has been a “mess” all weekend. Her mother, Barbara, currently has full custody of her oldest son, 9-year-old Jace, and sources said Barbara was advised to “keep him home right now,” sources said.

“It’s too much,” the insider continued. “She only has Ensley. It’s rough right now. CPS went behind her back. She’s working with her CPS lawyer to get him back.”

This latest update does not bode well for Jenelle, who has been fighting over custody of Kaiser with Nathan for years. He also previously brought a CPS case against Jenelle last year, but it was closed in August 2018.

And Nathan was understandably concerned about his son after he learned that Jenelle’s husband shot and killed their family dog, Nugget, back in April.

“I’ve called several police stations and after hours CPS,” Nathan told Radar at the time.

“I reached out to Jenelle. She hasn’t responded. I have no clue what’s going on,” he added.

He finally was able to get some information by getting in contact with MTV producers.

“They said Jenelle went to her friends’ house,” he revealed. “She has Kaiser and Ensley.”

“This is very toxic,” he said. “This is a serious issue. You don’t shoot a dog.”

He was also concerned about Jenelle. “She’s still the mother of my child,” he said. “I want her to have the best. I want Kaiser to have the best life. The only way Kaiser will have the best life is if his mom is in a mentally stable and healthy relationship.”

But he confirmed that he would be using the incident to help his case in their ongoing custody battle. “We’re going to use this in trial,” he said.
