He’s taking a stand. Nathan Griffith slammed David Eason’s “toxic” behavior in a scathing new interview, shortly after Jenelle Evans’ husband shockingly defended his decision to shoot and kill her dog Nugget. The Teen Mom 2 star’s ex-fiancé said he’ll be addressing David’s act of violence during their ongoing custody battle. Nathan confessed that he’s extremely “concerned” about the well-being of Jenelle and their son, Kaiser. Scroll through the gallery for details.
Jenelle, 27, and David, 30, have been making headlines after it was sadly revealed that he killed her French bulldog on April 30. A male caller notified 911 of the incident, claiming that David shot the poor pooch.

RIP Nugget
Apparently, David decided to take matters into his own hands after Nugget “snapped” at their two-year-old daughter, Ensley. Jenelle later confirmed that he shot her in the woods, about two acres away from their home.

After hearing about the jaw-dropping ordeal, Jenelle’s ex is sharing his thoughts on the matter. Nathan said he’s worried about Jenelle and Kaiser being around David.

“This is very toxic,” Nathan, 31, told RadarOnline. “This is a serious issue. You don’t shoot a dog.”

Nathan revealed that he became frantic when he couldn’t get in touch with Jenelle. Luckily, he got in contact with MTV producers and they gave him an update.

As of now, Nathan has supervised visits with their four-year-old son, but he’s determined to get full custody. “We’re going to use this in trial,” he said.

Meanwhile, Jenelle is also coming to terms with Nugget’s death. The MTV star said she and David are “not on talking terms” and she’s taking some alone time.

On top of that, the former 16 and Pregnant alum revealed that divorce isn’t off the table. Jenelle said she hasn’t made any decision, but it’s “in her thoughts.”

On May 1, Jenelle released an emotional statement via Instagram, revealing how heartbroken she is. “Nugget … I’m crying everyday,” she wrote. “I love you so much and I’m so sorry. I’m speechless. You were my side kick and knew the moment I felt bad and would cuddle with me.”

Firing Back
The same day, David defended his decision to kill Nugget. “Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me,” he wrote in his Instagram caption. “You can hate me all you want but this isn’t the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively.”
