‘Sister Wives’ Star Janelle Brown Shares Rare Photo of Husband Kody and Daughter Savanah
Sister Wives star Janelle Brown surprised fans by posting a rare photo of husband Kody Brown and their daughter Savanah. The TLC squad captured all of the beauty as they watched the sunset in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The father of 18 was sharing a tasty snack with Savanah, 15, while she cuddled close to her dad, 51, and smiled for the portrait.
“COVID has changed our evenings out. I think possibly for the better,” the mom of six, 51, wrote in her caption amid the coronavirus pandemic. “We often just load up in the car, grab a picnic or takeout and go for a drive.”
Janelle revealed they ventured up the mountain to an “overlook” by their local ski resort to make new memories and unwind away from home. “[The sunset] was so beautiful to watch as it slipped below the horizon leaving the shadows surrounding the hill, mountains and meadows below us,” she added.
“And why yes, Kody has transitioned to boots and a truck,” the TV personality quipped.
While responding to fans in the comments, Janelle revealed Savanah’s school will be starting up again next week, but holding classes online due to the circumstances.
“I’m secretly glad to have Savanah home as well,” the reality star shared. “Our district is evaluating quarter by quarter, but I personally think it won’t be until after the Christmas break, at the earliest, but hoping for earlier.”
Kody previously revealed how his sizable brood was holding up when the lockdown guidelines became more strict in April. “We’re all working from home, however, some of us are not able to do necessary travel for work, and some of our entire industries are shut down,” he told Us Weekly about their lifestyle changes. “Two of my wives run an online business so they are still working remotely but they aren’t able to do some of the in-person tasks they normally do.”
The TV personality said he and his four spouses — Janelle, Christine Brown, Meri Brown and Robyn Brown — were staying in touch via conference calls.
