Samuel Dillard Just Took His First Steps and Big Bro Israel Is a Little Jealous of the Attention
Look who's on the go! Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard's youngest son Samuel Dillard finally took his first solo steps, and his parents caught the cute moment on camera. Watch the sweet video above, including Israel's jealous reaction!
Jill has been posting a lot of videos of Samuel learning to walk recently, and though we've seen him scoot around the yard with the help of dad and grandma, he finally did it on his own on July 19. However, Israel is clearly having a hard time sharing the spotlight.
Izzy, who is two years older than Sam, seems a bit jealous in the video, twice saying it was "his turn" to play with dad Derick, and trying to steal the spotlight by mimicking Sam's dancing.
Despite having a bit of an "oldest child" complex, Izzy is a really sweet big brother to Samuel. Recently, Jill shared a photo of the kids cuddling with the caption, "Love our little boys! ??Sam just came over and laid down in Israel’s lap! #brothers."
Both kids are going to have to learn to share the spotlight, because they just got a new cousin! Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo welcomed a little girl named Felicity on July 19, and the whole family is so exicted. "Congrats to @jingervuolo and @jeremy_vuolo on the arrival of our little niece!" wrote Jill. "We are so excited for y’all!!! ?."
