It’s only been one day since Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley accused her estranged husband Roger Mathews of abuse in an explosive public statement, and now he’s firing back. Mathews took to Instagram with a video sharing his side of the story on January 31, captioned “truly sad it has come to this.” Mathews says his legal team has proven Farley and her attorneys “to be liars in the past” and said they will do it again. “Things were said about me in a long, rambling rant that was put out about me that was highly erroneous and had many lies in it,” he continued.

Mathews said he had a speech prepared for him by his attorneys, but he decided not to read it and just “shoot from the hip” instead.

“We are going to address this in court, which is the proper place to address it,” Farley’s ex said. “We’ve proven Jenni and her attorneys to be liars in the past and we will do it again. I will attach those documents so you can see that.”

Mathews continued, “I know that we have the proponents of truth on our side. I know that there is a deep rooted history of this…playing the victim.”

Farley said he even put their son in “medical jeopardy” by feeding him pizza, knowing he’s highly allergic to gluten and dairy.

The Jersey Shore alum wrote about the alleged times he got physical with her, claiming Mathews has “shoved” her and thrown her to the ground.

Farley claimed he contacted previous bosses in an “attempt to smear my name and hurt my public image.”
