He does have a way of addressing tough situations with humor. Pete Davidson joked about R. Kelly during a stand-up comedy show on January 21, and he didn’t pull any punches. “Man, that guy is evil,” he said, according to Us Weekly. Tell us how you really feel, Pete!

An eyewitness told the outlet that Pete, 25, made the comment while performing at The Bell House in Brooklyn, New York. He spoke about how he watched Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly docuseries, and clearly had some feelings about it. “I thought I was having a bad year …” he joked at the “Pete Davidson & Friends” show. He then made the “evil” comment, before adding that he thinks the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer, 52, “should get shot in the f–king face.” We think it’s pretty clear how Pete feels about the accusations against the performer.

Back in July 2017, Buzzfeed alleged that R. Kelly was holding women hostage in a “cult” against their will. The Surviving R. Kelly series covered those allegations as well as other accusations made against the singer. The “Ignition (Remix)” performer’s sexual misconduct allegations span 25 years, back to his relationship with a then 15-year-old Aaliyah.

But R. Kelly isn’t the only topic Pete covered during his set. The Saturday Night Live cast member also brought up his previous relationship with singer Ariana Grande. He cracked jokes about how his ex-fiancée, who he split from in October 2018, is really small, and it wasn’t the first time he has done so. He said that might be why she thinks his penis seemed larger than average, and noted, “[Ariana is a] tiny lady, so everything to her is huge. Every girl for the rest of my life who sees my penis will be disappointed.” We think it might be time for Pete to put that joke to rest, but if he wants to keep calling out other problematic figures during his routines instead, all power to him!
