Are you ready to be inspired? My 600-Lb Life star Milla Clark started her fitness journey at 751 pounds and later revealed she lost the weight of “about three to four people” on her update episode of Where Are They Now?

Milla looks like a new woman in recent Instagram photos after her mind-blowing success with the help of Dr. Nowzaradan. In late May 2021, she shared a rare photo showing off her trim physique while posing for beaming snaps with her loved ones. The TLC alum followed up with another smiling selfie captioned, “Good morning.”

Mila has come a long way after achieving her weight loss goals with the support of Dr. Now, whom she personally shouted out in an appreciation post in July 2019.

“You gotta love this man. He is such a blessing to me and all morbidly obese people,” she wrote at the time. Milla has struggled with her weight since childhood and she was determined to make a big change in her life, so the stakes were high.

In her update episode, it was confirmed that Milla had weight loss surgery, multiple skin removal surgeries and a double knee replacement. Even so, Milla managed to stay focused on her goals. The reality star dropped down to 155 pounds — with a total loss of 596 pounds — which makes her the biggest weight loss success story on the hit reality show, and she couldn’t be prouder!

“I know the world says 36′ 24′ 36′, But I don’t mind being 46′ 34′ 48′ at 50 years old,” the reality star wrote before celebrating her birthday in June 2019. Milla also expressed how blessed she felt, writing, “I’m SOOO grateful to God for keeping me around another year.”

Several fans praised Milla for her accomplishments on social media. “Watching your story now and I’m so proud of you! You look great,” one gushed in the comments of one of her posts. Another added, “I have followed your story, and I think you are amazing. I wish you lots of joy and happiness in your new life!”

Ever since her update episode debuted, she’s continued to look as trim as ever while focusing on her health. Unfortunately, it’s not always easy. While the My 600-Lb Life alum has talked about snacking on olives, crackers and tuna fish, she does allow herself the occasional treat. Her favorite combo? It was lime-flavored chips and a “sinfully delicious” mango dragonfruit drink from Starbucks.
