Ouch! Audrey Roloff gave birth over a month ago, but she’s still feeling some serious pain thanks to symphysis pubis dysfunction. On Monday, February 10, the Little People, Big World star revealed she’s been suffering with the condition after having baby Bode Roloff. Symphysis pubis dysfunction, or SPD, is a diagnosis that includes joint discomfort in the pelvic region. It usually affects pregnant women, but can occur after birth as well. For the new mom of two, it’s been holding her back for a while.

“A walk around the farm is about all I can do these days. 😅 (Thank you, symphysis pubis disfunction🙈),” Audrey, 28, wrote on Instagram. “I’m really hoping my pelvic bones can heal back soon because I’m so eager to get Ember girl on skis this winter/spring, ⛷and I can’t wait to start running again!” The reality star shared that husband Jeremy Roloff has been “training for” a malf-marathon — “and it’s making [her] so jealous lately.”

If SPD sounds familiar, it might be because sister-in-law Tori Roloff feared she was suffering from the same thing back in July 2019. At the time, she asked fans for any remedies they might have — and, hopefully, she passed them along to Auj. But SPD isn’t the only complication the redheaded beauty has been dealing with. On January 17, she revealed she had mastitis, too.

“Well, I came down with the dreaded ‘M word’ a couple days ago,” she told her followers at the time. “I’ve been fighting it with all the things, and, thankfully, my fever is dropping, and I’m starting to feel a little better today. 🙏🏻 Meanwhile, my incredible husband has been entertaining Ember girl, helping with Bode and taking care of me.”

Luckily, though, the Roloffs have been settling in smoothly in the weeks since they brought home their new addition. The TV mama did admit that there is one thing that’s been taking her by surprise every time, though, and it’s the realization that they’re now a family of four. “It really is so crazy to me still,” she told a fan on social media. “Like … What the heck!” she joked. “[We are] just in awe that we have TWO KIDS!”
