She’ll be here before we know it! Lauren SwansonJosiah Duggar’s wife — is expecting a baby within the next few months, and the Counting On star’s family threw her a baby shower to celebrate. “So thankful for all the ones that made this day happen and came to shower our sweet baby girl,” Lauren, 20, began the caption of a series of photos she shared from the event on Instagram on September 20. “It’s hard to fully express into words just how blessed and loved I felt by so many people giving and loving on our daughter. Everything was so perfect and thoughtful! It will always be a beautiful memory that I will keep in my heart forever 💗💗💗.”

One of Josiah’s sisters-in-law, Anna Duggar, commented on the post, “It was such a sweet baby shower! Looking forward to the arrival of your sweet baby girl!” She wasn’t in any of the photos Lauren shared, but Michelle Duggar, Joy-Anna Duggar, Jill Duggar and Josie Duggar all made appearances. Lauren also included a photo of her mom and some of her siblings and a shot of the cakes made for the get-together.

Josiah, 23, and Lauren announced on May 20 that Lauren was pregnant again after experiencing a heartbreaking miscarriage. “We are so excited to announce that baby No. 2 is on the way!!!!” they wrote on Instagram. “It’s hard to fully express just how grateful we are for God blessing us again with another precious gift! So, as we rejoice of the life of our second sweet baby, we also remember … our other sweet baby, Asa, in heaven. God is so incredibly good!”

The couple also shared with People at the time, “Every good and perfect gift is from above and we are looking forward to this new season of parenting together!” The announcement also featured a photo of the duo in front of a sign that read: “Rainbow after the storm. Baby #2.”

Although clearly excited to welcome the baby, Lauren shared on August 11 that the pregnancy hasn’t always been perfect. “Life is such a gift and something I cherish more now, with all that we have gone through this past year,” she wrote. “This pregnancy hasn’t been easy. I treasure every moment and I am reminded daily that life is truly a miracle from God. #blessed #lifeisagift #donttakelifeforgranted.” Having people in her life who are ready and willing to celebrate Lauren’s impending motherhood probably helps a lot, too.
