She’s Glowing! Josiah Duggar’s Wife Lauren Shows Off Baby Bump at Carlin Bates’ Wedding
What a vision! Lauren Duggar (née Swanson) put her baby bump on full display while making an appearance with her husband, Josiah Duggar, at Carlin Bates’ wedding over the weekend. The Counting On star looked happier than ever while cradling her growing tummy.
Josiah, 22, and Lauren, 20, dressed to impress for the romantic nuptials which took place at Castleton Farms in Tennessee. The expectant couple shared a photo from the ceremony, showing off Lauren’s small baby bump while clad in a white floral-print dress. Less than a week ago, it was announced that she was expecting again, seven months after she suffered a miscarriage.
It’s been quite a journey for parents-to-be Josiah and Lauren, who tied the knot themselves back in July 2018. The dynamic duo recently shared the story about how they found out she was pregnant again and clearly, Josiah had a hunch about it. “I went to the store and got a test, because I thought for sure she was probably expecting and sure enough she was,” the reality star revealed in an update on the Duggar family blog. As expected, Lauren was also over the moon.
“We we’re both overjoyed and just crying because we’re just so thankful for another sweet blessing,” the TLC alum gushed while sharing her reaction. In the announcement they made on Instagram, Josiah and Lauren paid tribute to their first child by posing in front of a white balloon.
Josiah and Lauren also spilled that they would have named baby No. 1 Asa. Looking ahead, Josiah said that he will get to choose their little one’s moniker if they have a boy, but if it’s a girl, then Lauren will get to decide. The couple hasn’t revealed their due date, but it’s likely in 2019!
