Proud dad. Justin Timberlake revealed his 5-year-old son, Silas, inspired his Man of the Woods album during an interview on “Hot Ones” released on Thursday, April 9.

Man of the Woods was my most familial album. A lot of people don’t know this, but my son’s name Silas means of the forest or of the woods,” the 39-year-old explained while eating his hottest wing. “So, it was more or less a dedication to him.”

As much as the “SexyBack” singer loves being a dad, he admitted parenting isn’t easy — especially in quarantine. Justin revealed he and wife Jessica Biel are “commiserating” over “24-hour parenting” while in social isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“[It’s] just not human,” he joked while talking to Sirius XM Hits1. The Grammy winner also said Silas needs a break from him every now and again. “He’ll look at me like this,” the singer said with his eyes wide and head tilted to the side, “And I’m like, ‘All right, cool. I got you, let’s take 20. Just a commercial break.’”

Despite trying to get the hang of constant parenting, Justin was happy to report his family is doing OK amid the COVID-19 outbreak. “We thought the best way to do our part was … we have a place in Montana, and so we came up here. We feel very lucky and blessed that we’re in a place where they’re pretty socially distant here anyway.”

While in self-quarantine, they celebrated Silas’ 5th birthday as best as they could from home. “This little man is 5 today! We’re at home, covered in Legos and birthday cake right now,” Jessica, 38, wrote on Instagram, giving fans a look into how the youngster spent his special day.

Last month, the family of three celebrated the brunette beauty’s birthday on March 3, and it seems like her celebration was very similar to her son’s. “Jessica didn’t want Justin to go all out at some fancy restaurant,” a source exclusively told In Touch at the time. “She wanted to stay at home with her two men, Justin and Silas. She wanted to eat a simple meal and then dig into some birthday cake.”
