Is it hot in here … or is it just Jeremy and Audrey Roloff? The former Little People, Big World stars dished on their sex life exclusively to In Touch, and Jeremy, 28, revealed the one way he keeps the “spice” alive.

“We haven’t lost the spice yet!” Jeremy, 28, laughed while promoting their new book, A Love Letter Life, on Monday, April 1. “A lot of people feel like their sex life, in general, and dates and romance all have to be spontaneous. It’s okay to plan stuff or to have an alarm that goes off on your phone like, ‘Text my wife something sexy or romantic.’ That’s designed success, right?” Woah, baby.

The father-of-one added, “Pick a day a week to get intimate. Just say like, ‘Hey, Saturday night. That’s our day!’ So, like, you know. I don’t know. It doesn’t all have to be spontaneous; it can be designed.”

Auj, 27, gave birth to their daughter, Ember, back in September 2017 and said that they hope to expand their brood. “We’ve always wanted to have a big family,” she told our cameras. “We definitely want to have more kids. We’ll take them one at a time, but we are totally on board. Lord willing. We don’t want to put a number on it. But we’ll take them one at a time.”

Hmm … so could 19 little ones be in their future like fellow TLC personalities, the Duggars? Er, not exactly. “I would call five a big family,” Jeremy said, before Auj chimed in, “I mean Jeremy is one of four. I’m one of three.”

It’s safe to say these two have a lot on their plates right now, though. While they may no longer be on the hit TLC show, they’re currently on a book tour, cohost a podcast together and run their business Beating 50 Percent. Not to mention, Audrey founded Always More a few years back. Sheesh, is anyone else tired?

One thing’s for sure, whenever they *do* announce they’re expecting baby No. 2, we’ll be ready! After all, they make v cute ones.
