Someone get this man an HGTV show stat! Jason Duggar has allegedly flipped (and sold!) a four-bedroom home in rural Arkansas — and it's beautiful. The 2,275 square-foot pad boasts a large lot, a detached garage, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances — a must-have, these days — all for a cool $167,000. Not too shabby. Watch the video above to take a tour!

A redditor made the discovery and claimed his sister, Jana Duggar, was the one who designed it, but more people seemed to be interested in the price per square foot of the home. "$167,000 for a four-bed detached house with half an acre… BRB moving to Arkansas and becoming a fundie," one person wrote. Another agreed, adding, "Yeah it's crazy, I live in Massachusetts and the kind of house you can get for $167,000 is either a tiny condo or a really broken down fixer upper that probably needs hundreds of thousands in renovations." A third depressingly chimed in, "I'm in NY. $167,000 gets me literally nothing."

It should be noted that Jason just turned 18 years old, and while that technically means he's old enough to buy a lottery ticket, we're pretty sure he doesn't know all when it comes to house-flipping. Luckily, he probably had some help. Not only did Jana help design Jinger and Jeremy's place, but Austin Forsyth renovated his home prior to the birth of baby Garrett.

Regardless, we're pretty impressed — and it looks like he (and/or Jana) was seriously inspired by Chip and Joanna Gaines. After all, we spy a lot of shiplap…
