Looks like she’s not exactly ~counting on~ at the moment! Fans suspected that Josh and Anna Duggar might be expecting again after they shared a scavenger hunt activity on Instagram. On Tuesday, January 29, however, she revealed that there’s no pregnancy to announce just yet, but that they’d be “thrilled” to continue growing their family. In a now-deleted comment on one of her Instagram pictures, the Duggar in-law put all the rumors to rest while answering a fan’s question. So what was the scavenger hunt for then? If it was just for fun, why were fans able to spot a cameraman on the edge of one of Anna’s photos? Of course, there’s a chance that it could still be related to an announcement from one of the other family members. Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald shared that they’re expecting their third child together in early January. Recently, they made the trip to the doctor’s office and got their first ultrasound. It’s possible that they already found out the baby’s gender and had big brother Josh help organize an activity to help them reveal it to the family.
Then again, the couple has kept their kids’ genders pretty secret in the past. We also suspect that we would’ve seen more of the family members hunting for clues if that was the case. Maybe Josh, Anna, and the kids were really just finding a creative way to pass the time and shake up their school day routine. After their recent visit to a science museum, it looks like learning in all kinds of new, fun ways — and a scavenger hunt could easily be one of them.
