The drama continues for the Gosselins. Just days after it was revealed that Kate Gosselin filed an appeal in her custody battle against Jon, their daughter shuts down her Instagram account. The 14-year-old has always been active on social media, but suddenly, it disappeared. So what gives?

Kate has never allowed her children to have social media in the past — and even reported an imposter account recently — but back in May, Jon advertised his teen daughter’s page on his own Instagram. At the time, he wrote, “Thank you to everyone for all the love and support this week!!! Hannah and I forgot to take a pic. She is doing her in video @itsmehjg check it out!!! Have awesome Holiday, Happy Memorial Day and let’s get summer started!!!! Thanks again! ❤️”

Hannah has been living with her father for months, and most recently, Jon gushed about his daughter’s first day of school. “Congrats Hannah on your first day of school, proud of you,” the 41-year-old wrote. “I admire your bravery starting fresh!!! I Love you very much and we have worked really hard to get here. Dedication has really paid off. I’m so happy you integrated yourself into the community, you made friends all summer, and now you will grow and graduate with them. I’m honored to be your father!!! Love you, Dad #newbeginnings.”

Despite the sweet sentiment, Hannah’s absence has clearly caused a larger rift between the former couple. Plus, he still doesn’t exactly have the best relationship with his twins, Mady and Cara. In August 2016, Mady told People, “He makes it seem like we’re being kept from him, which is insane. He should maybe spend some time thinking about why we don’t want to see him, and maybe realize that if he ever does want a relationship with us, talking about us on TV is not the way to make that happen.” She added, “He doesn’t even know us. How can he dare to talk about us?” 

Jon and Kate’s custody battle is still ongoing.
