Teen Mom 2star Briana DeJesusshared her thoughts about committed relationships in a Twitter post on April 2 and many fans are convinced this was her way of defending Jenelle Evansfor staying with her husband, David Eason. The MTV alum wrote how when she’s in love, she “would do anything to protect him and fight” for the man of her dreams, and that’s what some people aren’t “understanding.” Scroll through the gallery for details.
Briana, 24, took to Twitter with a passionate message on April 2, revealing her opinion on being in a committed relationship. She explained how sometimes that involves working through tough times.

Sharing Her Thoughts
“No disrespect to everyone who thinks this is wrong of me, but if I was married and in my eyes I thought he was the most perfect man and I truly loved him then I would do anything to protect him and fight for him,” the reality star began. “That’s what y’all not understanding.”

Briana added, “Yes some people may have different views, but if I was truly in love I’m fighting for mine.”

“And I know there’s a time and place for everything when you are in the spotlight and people look up to you and that’s enough pressure as it is but there’s no reason to hate a person for making some mistakes smh hopefully everyone can move on,” the mother-of-two concluded.

After reading her post, several fans expressed how they thought it was in defense of Jenelle. “Nope. There are things called BOUNDARIES,” one fired back. “I am obsessed with my husband. He is literally everything and more I could ever dream of. But if he started wildin out, that would be a NO NO.”

Another chimed in, “That’s scary. People aren’t making stuff up. You’re desperate to have a friend on TM and you both have a common enemy. But making excuses for her won’t help.”

Briana later hinted that she was taken out of context and re-tweeted a message that read, “I don’t think she was talking about abuse in this … More like a ride-or-die situation.”

The message continued, “If you truly love that person and are committed to being with them, you’ll work through it, you’ll back them up, they can be wrong AF about something and you’ll still have their back. I agree.”

Back in October 2018, Jenelle denied domestic violence allegations involving her husband. This happened days after a chilling 911 call surfaced where Jenelle told the operator that she had been assaulted by David.
