Move over, Chip and Joanna Gaines, there are some new fixer uppers in town! This season of Teen Mom OG, we've been watching Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra renovate their new house in Michigan, and now they're almost done turning the historic 1869 Octagon Farmhouse built by Great Lakes Captain George W. Smith into a mansion they can spend their later years in. We can't believe how amazing it looks! Take a tour of the bautiful home by watching the video above!

"Our forever home is coming along so nice!" wrote Catelynn in April. "We have been renovating for almost a year and now it's getting so close to being done!!! I cannot wait to move in and start making memories on our little farm… Getting old and sitting on that porch together in our rocking chairs… watching our grandkids run the property and growing old with you… [Tyler] you have done an amazing job." Catelynn has talked about how she wanted to give her daughter the type of childhood she wishes she had, and their vision is really blossoming at Baltierra Farms. See all of the Teen Mom homes, here.

Spring cleaning 😁

Tyler is clearly so proud of how the house is coming along. After sharing a photo of the kitchen he wrote, "Hickory Cabinets. White Quartz. White Subway Tile Backsplash (w/ black grout). Gray Walls. White Trim… EXACTLY what I wanted & I’m OBSESSED with it! It’s so satisfying when it comes out just like how you imagined it in your head!" he also admitted that he's become a little addicted to restoration, and might even consider a real estate career after he's done!

Unfortunately, not everything has gone according to plan along the way. Tyler actually got slapped with a lawsuit for not getting the proper construction permits ahead of time. So this project may end up costing them more than they expected, but if you ask us it was totally worth it.
