You can probably guess who she’s thinking of. One of Beth Chapman’s daughters, Cecily Chapman, shared a photo showing that she was listening to Selena’s “Dreaming of You,” and in the context of losing her mom just a few weeks earlier, the lyrics are heartbreaking. The picture, complete with zoom-in, also had the song playing over it in a quick clip on her Instagram Story post.

In case you’re not super familiar with the tune, here are the lyrics. It really is heartwrenching to think of Cecily, 26, listening to this so soon after her mom’s untimely passing in June.

“Late at night when all the world is sleeping
I stay up and think of you
And I wish on a star
That somewhere you are thinking of me too
‘Cause I’m dreaming of you tonight
‘Til tomorrow, I’ll be holding you tight
And there’s nowhere in the world I’d rather be
Than here in my room dreaming about you and me
Wonder if you ever see me, and I
Wonder if you know I’m there
If you looked in my eyes
Would you see what’s inside?
Would you even care?
I just want to hold you close
But so far, all I have are dreams of you
So I wait for the day, and the courage to say
How much I love you
(Yes I do)”

Cecily and the rest of her family lost Beth at just 51 years old to her cancer battle. Her husband, Duane “Dog” Chapman— from the popular TV show Dog the Bounty Hunter and the upcoming Dog’s Most Wanted — first shared the sad news with fans on Twitter on June 26. “It’s 5:32 in Hawaii,” he wrote. “This is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head Mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.”

Since then, Beth’s family members have admitted that they’re struggling in the wake of her death. For instance, Bonnie Jo Chapman revealed how her sister Cecily was dealing with the loss during a candid Instagram Q&A posted on Tuesday, July 16. “She’s been taking this tough, she and my mom were so close,” Bonnie began.

The 20-year-old also noted that her older sister didn’t think she could handle talking at Beth’s memorial service, so she asked Bonnie to do it. “I love her so much, she’s got such a heavy heart right now,” she confessed. Our thoughts continue to be with Cecily and her whole family at this difficult time.
