Austin Forsyth's New Hair Is a Little Disturbing to 'Counting On' Fans

What exactly is he going for here?! People are seriously disturbed by Austin Forsyth‘s new hairdo in a photo Jessa Duggar posted to Instagram on Dec. 8, and you’ve really got to see it to believe how…odd it is. Jessa posted pics from an ugly Christmas sweater party the Duggar family apparently put on, and the outfits are definitely something to behold. Jessa wrote that the party consisted of “way too much Italian dinner” and “desserts that were part of an Italian baking competition.”

“Next was a white elephant gift exchange,” she wrote, “and then board games and a movie to bring the evening to an end.” That’s all…surprisingly normal for the Duggars? But one of the photos Jessa shared featured her sister, Joy-Anna Duggar, and Joy-Anna’s husband Austin, and Austin’s hair in the shot is a little bit frightening, at least to several of the commenters on the Instagram post. “Oh my word, Austin’s hair!!” one person wrote. Another replied to the post, “What’s up with Austin’s new do? Joy looks gorgeous,” so at least one half of the couple got a compliment out of that one. Other replies ranged from “Is that Austin without a cap? Wow what a rare sight,” to other variations of OMG that hair tho.

Austin indeed looks a little different in the photo without his usual baseball cap. But we’ve definitely seen photos of Joy’s hubby without it before and his hair has looked fairly decent, so maybe the ‘do was part of his look for the party?
