Boo! ‘OutDaughtered’ Star Adam Busby Scares Hazel — And She’s So Beyond Over It
Halloween may be over, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still time for a good scare! Adam Busby agrees, and recently, he played an epic prank on his quints. It was more of a jump scare than anything elaborate, but it was still too funny — and the mask he was wearing was honestly super scary. The OutDaughtered stars loved it, though. This is hardly the first time the dad of six has played a funny trick on his tiny tots. He’s got quite the reputation for scaring the girls, and it’s clear most of them love a good fright. After all, Parker even wanted to put on the mask herself and have her own turn scaring people! In the past, though, he’s gotten some flack from fans for his mischievous ways.
In November 2017, the reality star was doing his “Daddy ScareCam” game a lot, especially to poor Hazel, and some fans were getting “sick” of it. They took to his Instagram comments to make their complaints heard. “Not funny. [Please] don’t do that,” wrote one of the TLC star’s followers. Another added, “You are so mean!!!! That’s not funny.” A third chimed in, “How could you do that to that innocent baby?”
Others stood up for Adam, insisting that it was all fun and games and that the quints loved it. While Hazel’s face said otherwise, we’ll easily concede that she seems more moderately annoyed than upset with her dad. She jumps a little, but then she always just turns around with a face that says, “Why are you like this? Why are you always doing this to me?” We gotta admit it is cute, though — and as long as Hazel is in on the and eventually scaring her dad right back, we’re all for it.
