’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Nicole Says Azan Is Keeping Her Motivated As She Begins Weight Loss Journey (EXCLUSIVE)
She’s on a mission! Nicole Nafziger is making her health a top priority as she begins her weight loss journey. The 90 Day Fiancé star shared a snap of a treadmill in her home on Oct. 22, and she exclusively confirmed with In Touch that Azan Tefou is helping her stay on her grind.
“I really just want to be comfortable in my own skin. I fill my Instagram with fitness accounts like @fatgirlfedup and @myadventuretofit to help stay motivated! Also, my fiancé Azan is a great motivator, always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming,” she told In Touch exclusively. The TLC star, 24, just purchased a used treadmill and said she’s building up her stamina by doing thirty minutes of walking. Nicole shared another snap of her yummy smoothie, which had almond, cashew, and oat blend milk.
Nicole is even taking her culinary skills to the next level. The reality star posted a photo of the delicious and nutritious dinner she made: fresh cooked salmon with lemon and vegetables. “Overall, I want to be healthy and live a better lifestyle for me and for my daughter May,” she revealed to In Touch. “I want her to grow up with this healthy lifestyle and learn good things from me and Azan. If over this journey I can help motivate and inspire others to jumpstart their fitness journey, then I guess I’m doing something right with this platform I have.”
Just a few days ago, she gushed over Azan while sharing a throwback photo. “It was so great having my mom in Morocco and meeting my fiancé! lol at the day me and Azan accidentally matched,” she captioned the snap. Prior to that, Nicole slammed split rumors and proved she and Azan are still going strong on Sept. 22. “We may be thousands of miles apart, but I love you from Florida to Morocco, then to the moon and back,” the reality star wrote. We’re glad to see her thriving!
