It goes down in the DMs! Nicole Nafziger is having to deal with her fair share of nay-sayers as she documents her weight loss journey, but she’s not letting the Internet trolls get to her. The 90 Day Fiancé star put one of her body-shamers on blast in hopes of inspiring others to stay positive.

“You are [a] fraud. Stop. There is no way you are exercising and eating this s–t and [can] still be a big girl,” one person private messaged Nicole via Instagram. The TLC star responded in the best way, writing, “You think you get slim all in a couple weeks??? Don’t make me laugh.” Nicole added the message: “Haters can say whatever they like. They won’t stop me from reaching my goals.” Earlier that day, the 25-year-old shared a snap in her workout gear after going on a walk, revealing that she was determined to stay on her grind. Nicole has been making sure to stick to a nutrition plan as well, even taking to social media to show off her healthy snacks and meals.

Despite the haters coming out of the woodwork, Nicole revealed that she’s staying positive and explained why she posted the body-shaming message. “Ya’ll are so awesome for being supportive and encouraging me, but I didn’t post this for sympathy or anything like that. I want you to know that even if someone tells you you can’t do it or there’s no way to lose the weight, don’t listen to them. Take what they say with less than a grain of salt,” she wrote. “You can do it! And I know that you will do it! Those who matter, care. Those who care, don’t matter. You got this! I believe in you!”

Nicole recently confirmed with In Touch that her fiancé Azan Tefou has been cheering her on every step of the way. “I really just want to be comfortable in my own skin,” she told In Touch exclusively. “I fill my Instagram with fitness accounts like @fatgirlfedup and @myadventuretofit to help stay motivated! Also, Azan is a great motivator, always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming.” Way to go!
