90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Larissa Dos Santos Lima was released shortly after being arrested by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Saturday, September 19.

“Hi everyone, I’m out. Thank you Eric, everyone. The agents and the whole people from ICE are very nice so I am good to go,” she told fans in a video message shared via Instagram.

The 33-year-old’s friend and costar Carmen Nys first shared the news via Instagram Story. “I am here with [Larissa’s boyfriend] Eric Nichols right now,” the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star said. “[Larissa] just got arrested by ICE when she was about to leave their house and move to Colorado. We have no clue why.”

“I want to let her family, fans and friends know that we are going there right now and, as soon as I have more info, I will keep you guys posted,” Carmen concluded. “Send prayers.”

It is unclear if the Brazilian beauty has her Green Card. However, she does hold an Employee Authorization Card.

The arrest comes just one day after the TLC starlet revealed she and Eric, 28, purchased a home in Colorado Springs and confirmed their move out of Las Vegas. “House closed today! We are moving and ready,” she wrote on social media on Friday, September 18.

Larissa has been living in Sin City since she moved from her home country of Brazil to be with ex-husband Colt Johnson in 2018. But Larissa’s first year in the United States and first year of marriage with Colt, 35, was rocked by three separate incidents which resulted in Larissa being arrested on domestic violence charges.

The charges in her first two arrests, in June 2018 and November 2018, were dismissed. In January 2019, Larissa was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and Colt filed for divorce shortly after. Their divorce was finalized in April 2019.

In May of that year, Larissa agreed to a deal that would help her avoid jail time that included domestic violence classes and community service. That December, she appeared in court for the last time where she learned her charges were lessened to disorderly conduct.

“We are very happy with the result of Larissa’s case,” Larissa’s lawyer, Adam M. Vander Heyden said at the time. “With the way the negotiation was structured, this case will not impact Larissa’s ability to pursue her goal of becoming a United States citizen. It was a pleasure working with her to meet her goals.”

Since then, the OnlyFans content creator has been focusing on her relationship with Eric, whom she’s been dating since February 2019. In March, she celebrated the day she received her work permit and began her career as a social media influencer. Just five days before her latest arrest, the TLC star opened up about why she underwent a plastic surgery transformation earlier this year.

“The reason that I did it because as you know, I have a family in Brazil, I have a boyfriend who is 28 years old and I am exposed daily on social media,” she told Life & Style on September 15. “People have haters but the lovers, they ask you what procedures you use, what clothes that [you have] on. So I want to look good for myself and to make money to send to Brazil and to make a living here.”
