’90 Day Fiancé’ Alum Jon Walters Defends Nicole Nafziger Against Haters: ‘You’re a Legend’
Handling haters with class. 90 Day Fiancé alum Jon Walters defended Nicole Nafziger against the people who ridicule her online while taking to Instagram on Monday, December 16. The TLC alum showed support to his franchise costar in a comment on her new photo, giving her props for overcoming the scrutiny she constantly faces on the internet.
“I am only human,” Nicole, 26, captioned her beaming makeup-free selfie.
Not long after, Jon praised her for never stooping to their level, writing, “You’re a f–king legend — I don’t know anyone who could endured the bully and harassment and opinions from rotters like you have for years not have a mean bone in your body.”
After seeing his remarks, some of her followers also started chiming in. “Yea! What he said! You are such a sweetheart and I have always enjoyed watching you,” one wrote. “Yes, I’ve never seen anyone that happy, kind, and unbothered … @alwayssnicole is strong af. Super human,” another sweetly replied to Jon’s comment.
Nicole later expressed how grateful she was for their kind words. “Thank you guys ♥️ I needed to hear that,” the mother of one responded.
Just a few weeks ago, the TV personality spoke out about the mean messages she receives while sharing a glamorous new photo of herself. “All the haters in the world can talk about me and my life but no one will knock me down from where I am,” Nicole wrote on December 2.
“I’m living my life spreading positivity and kindness. No one can throw off my vibe. God made me with the spirit of kindness and I’ll show it til the day I die. Come one come all haters, you won’t phase me.”
Even though she deals with a lot of criticism over her long-distance relationship with Azan Tefou (a.k.a. Hassan M’Raouni), she recently shut down rumors their romance is strained, telling In Touch exclusively they are actually “stronger than ever” and still engaged.
Meanwhile, Jon also gave an update about his visa status with wife, Rachel Walters (née Bear), on December 12. “Our visa application is in — it’s a long wait now, but the hard part is over,” the England native revealed.
