False alarm! 90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger shut down rumors that her relationship with Azan Tefou (a.k.a. Hassan M’Raouni) is strained, telling In Touch exclusively they are actually “stronger than ever,” despite popular belief otherwise. In her statement, the TLC alum opened up about the hardships of being in a long-distance romance, confirming it is difficult to be away from her beau, but she said that won’t be tearing them apart because they truly love each other. Nicole, 26, confirmed that she and her beau, Azan, have managed to keep the spark alive, despite living in different continents. As fans may recall, the mother of one lives in Florida while he resides in Morocco.

Even though rumors have been swirling that Nicole and Azan’s romance is on the rocks, she tells In Touch exclusively they are still together.

The TLC alum said being so far away from her man “isn’t easy,” but they are willing to put in the extra work. “We are happy and truly stronger than ever in our relationship,” she added.

So, is there trouble in paradise? Nicole explained how “every couple” has their arguments and disagreements, especially when they can’t spend as much time with each other as desired.

But don’t get it twisted. She confirmed they are “happily engaged and waiting for the right moment to tie the knot” down the line.
